The job
Would you like to learn and develop within a family-run company with a human dimension, in which the well-being of its employees is a central concern?
Working closely with the Production Manager, you will be involved in butter production, from raw materials to finished products. You will feed and control the filling or packaging line of butter, while monitoring their smooth operation to ensure that the manufacturing and packaging process complies with the established schedule and quality requirements. You will be able to adapt to flexible working hours and the pressure of peaks in activity.
Your role
- As a multi-skilled production worker at our facility, you will be involved in a wide range of activities such as :
- Preparing your equipment: production line, packaging, traceability documents.
- Checking raw materials.
- Applying hygiene standards specific to the activity.
- Set machine and tool parameters.
- Operate filling and packaging lines.
- Take part in checking the cleanliness of the production line, associated equipment and ancillary accessories.
- Keep your work area tidy and clean throughout production.
- Monitor the conformity of finished products (weight, packaging, use-by date) and record the results on the IT tool at your disposal
- Remove goods from the packaging line.
- Check that the daily production schedule is being carried out correctly.
- Take part in dismantling and cleaning production lines in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure that all members of your production team adhere to schedules and take breaks.
