The job
After a period of training within the current team, you will participate independently in the life of the secretariat through various administrative tasks and more specifically: managing accounting elements, filing files, managing customer and supplier issues, drafting documents for the export of goods ... in accordance with the legal, quality and profitability requirements of the company.
Your role
As a secretary at our establishment, you will have a wide range of activities to choose from:
- Accounting: editing, reconciling and checking accounting items (invoices and other items).
- Handling administrative and secretarial tasks in-house and on the online customer/supplier portal.
- Encoding IT data (food safety, AFSCA, customer/supplier/quality platforms, etc.).
- Ordering health certificates and other administrative procedures required for exporting finished products.
- Transport planning.
- Working with ERP.
Profile & actions:
- You have good accounting skills.
- You have management and office automation skills (Office suite).
- You have legal knowledge.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
- You have foreign language skills (English, Dutch, etc.).
