Herb butter

Suitable for barbecues, grilled food and raclette

  • 250g Rochefort salted butter, softened at room temperature 
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Ground salt and pepper 


  1. Wash and finely chop the parsley and chives
  2. Peel the shallots and garlic and chop them really finely 
  3. Put the softened Rochefort butter in a bowl and add the parsley, shallots and garlic 
  4. Add pepper and mix until combined
  5. Season with salt to taste
  6. Keep in the fridge until ready to use
